Rules & Age Group: Please refer to the PONY International 2023 Rule Book

Managers & Coaches Meeting: April 19, 2023, 8:00pm (Venue: TBA)

Eligibility Requirements: Passports, Eligibility Affidavits, PONY Membership Certificate, PONY Medical Release Form, PONY Patches & Comprehensive Accident Insurance Policy.

Insurance: All Players must have a Comprehensive Accident Insurance

Uniform Patches: Uniforms must have the Official PONY Tournament Team Patches

Country Flags & National Anthem: Each Team Should bring at least 2 Country Flags and a CD or USB of their National Anthem recognized by the International Olympic Committee

Awards: For MUSTANG 9 AND MUSTANG 10 DIVISIONS Trophy for - Champion, Runner-up & Third Place Individual Awards for each Division
All participants will get Certificate of Participation

Party Presentation: It is recommended that each team prepare a song or dance presentation

(Tentative) Offical Hotel or Hotels: NDN GRAND HOTEL, 26 J.P. Laurel Highway, San Roque, Sto. Tomas 4234 Batangas Province.

Tournament Package Fee: US$100/Person/day at least 2 persons in a room.
US$150/Person/day for Single Room Stay
Inclusive of Airport Transfers, 3 Meals/day, Hotel Accommodations and Hotel-Field-Hotel Transfers during their games.

Important Reminders:
Philippine Immigration Requirements: Philippine Immigration Law requires that all children 15 years old and below & travelling without any of their parents should have a Waiver of Exclusion Ground (WEG) issued by the Philippine Immigration Office and the corresponding Fees be Paid. Therefore, the tournament organizers will assist your team to acquire this requirement and to waive the FEES as long as you are able to email us by March 25, 2023 these two (2) documents namely; A Copy of the Player’s Passport and a Parental Consent to Travel.
